A Different Way of Looking at Things

Therapy can be a place to slow down, get curious, and understand what is happening beneath the surface.

I believe that the struggles we bring to therapy rarely exist in isolation. Our relationships, experiences, nervous systems, and the environments we move through all shape the ways we respond to ourselves and to one another.

My work is grounded in the belief that understanding comes before change. Together, we can look at the patterns that keep showing up, make sense of what is underneath them, and find ways of relating that feel more connected, sustainable, and true to who you are.

My approach is neurodiversity affirming, attachment informed, and grounded in systems thinking. I believe therapy should make room for the whole person, not just the problem that brought you through the door.

What You Can Expect

Therapy doesn't have to be a place where you're told what you should be doing differently.

I want it to be a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and become curious about what's happening beneath the surface. We'll look together at the patterns that have developed, the needs underneath them, and the ways your experiences and nervous system may be shaping how you respond.

My role isn't to have all the answers. It's to help you make sense of what's happening, see new possibilities, and develop ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more sustainable.

If This Feels Like the Right Fit

Finding a therapist is personal. If what you've read here resonates with you, I'd be glad to connect and talk about whether working together might be a good fit.
