Clinician Consultation
A space to think more deeply about neurodiversity and relationships
Therapy asks us to hold complexity, stay curious, and look beyond what is immediately visible. When neurodivergence intersects with relationship dynamics, family systems, sensory needs, and emotional regulation, understanding what is happening beneath the surface can make all the difference.
I offer individual consultation for clinicians who want to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity-affirming practice and explore the relational dynamics that shape their clients' experiences.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity. Together, we can consider new perspectives, reflect on clinical challenges, and explore possibilities that honor the needs and experiences of the people you work with.
What we can explore together
Consultation can be shaped around your questions, your clinical work, and the areas where you'd like to grow. Topics may include:
Neurodiversity-affirming practice: Exploring how autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent experiences can shape communication, connection, and everyday life.
Relational and systemic dynamics: Understanding patterns between partners, within families, and across the broader environments in which people live and relate.
Sensory needs and emotional regulation: Considering how sensory experiences, stress, and differences in regulation influence behavior and relationships.
Co-regulation and connection: Exploring how people can support one another through difficult moments without expecting everyone to experience or manage emotions in the same way.
Clinical curiosity and case reflection: Making room to think through complex dynamics, consider alternative formulations, and identify new avenues for therapeutic exploration.
A collaborative space for clinicians
You don't need to have a perfectly defined question or arrive with a clear answer about what's happening in a case.
Consultation is an opportunity to slow down, get curious, and consider perspectives that may not have been immediately apparent. My goal is to support your thinking, build on your existing strengths, and help you feel more equipped to approach complex relational dynamics with nuance and flexibility.
Whether you're early in your career or bringing years of clinical experience, consultation can offer a space to reflect, ask questions, and continue developing your practice.
What to expect
Consultation is available for individuals and groups and is shaped around your clinical questions and professional goals. We can focus on a particular clinical situation, explore relational patterns that feel difficult to untangle, or think more broadly about integrating neurodiversity-affirming perspectives into your work.
You bring the questions; we make space to explore them together.
